CBC is an EFCA congregation where you will find yourself warmly greeted by caring & dedicated followers of Christ who love to gather for the worship of God, who hunger for the teaching of His Word, & who value the importance of prayer.

We hold central the infallibility & sufficiency of Scripture to give the wisdom that leads to salvation in Jesus Christ, which gives a love for God. 
We stand upon the Biblical truth that believers are to live out their faith in the community of the Body through love for one another, frequent fellowship, & regular administration of the ordinances of baptism & communion.
We seek to support the spread of the Gospel to our neighbors, our community, & the ends of the earth.

What To Expect
Sunday Morning
 

On Arrival

Service starts at 10:45 AM, so we suggest arriving around 10:30 AM.

You will find plenty of parking in the back of the sanctuary.

The Atmosphere

The only dress code requirement is, well, clothes - you will see everything from slacks to dresses to jeans in our congregation.

The Worship

We open our service by declaring the praises of God in theologically rich songs, regardless of whether it's hymns or contemporary praise songs.

 

After the music, the pastor leads us in reading Scripture aloud, followed by a time of personal prayer. The focus of the entire service is the sermon, in which the pastor preaches expositionally (verse by verse) through a passage of Scripture.

 

Kids

Children are welcome in the worship service with their parents. Nursery is provided for 6-36 months, & Children's church occurs from 11 AM-12 PM for 3-11 year olds. Take a look at the Children's page underneath the Ministry tab for more details.
